Fleece Ponchos accepts payment  by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices include VAT.We can also take payment by credit card over the telephone if preferred using our Virtual Server process .We are happy to accept payment by cheque subject to normal clearance times elapsing before products are despatched.

The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.

Postage according to weight is added at the Checkout Stage

We aim to despatch to the UK within 7 working days (usually sooner). Worldwide delivery times vary (see delivery options under the information section) We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate. We are happy to ship to other countries subject to customers paying full postal charges and taxes which may be applicable.If you wish to use this service please contact us

If your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve your issue. Due to our Products being hand made to order and/or personalised with machine embroidery, we do not give refunds on any products other than for faulty workmanship all items are checked and scanned  prior to leaving our premises.  Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is deemed  faulty by us. No refunds will be issued if your order is simply does not fit, is unwanted or unsuitable, therefore, Please be certain of your required size before committing to order.

Please ensure any used garments sent to us for machine embroidering arrive in a clean and undamaged condition.No responsibility is taken for damage to used garments howsoever caused.

Any items returned to us by Royal Mail or other Carriers due to non collection by customers will be subject to full post and packaging costs being paid by the customer before the item/s can be resent.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

When placing an order with FleecePonchos.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
