Shipping: Postage is added at checkout and is calculated by the  weight of your order. If your order is Large  we offer a discount on postage.Please Contact Us

We are happy to ship to a different address than the billing address if required (ie as a surprise present) . Please leave details in the box provided in the "Delivery and comments" box during the payment and checkout process. NOTE: in this instance we will not enclose a packing or transaction slip with the order,simply a compliment slip, in order to keep transaction details undisclosed.

You may use our checkout message box to advise us to add special delivery instructions to your delivery label for Royal Mail Delivery staff,However,we cannot guarantee these instructions will be adhered to by Royal Mail or other Carriers as they will be subject to their Terms and Conditions.No liability is accepted by Fleece Ponchos for loss or damage caused for items left in these circumstances.

 SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK:     DUE TO ROYAL MAIL SIZE LIMITS WE ARE LIMITED TO an online order of  A MAXIMUM OF 3 GARMENTS OR 3 METRES OF FABRIC  However,please Contact us  for exact amounts if your order is larger and we will ship using a carrier service.

Where possible we use Royal Mail recorded Signed For Postal Service and Airsure ..This takes from 3-5 days. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your purchase when it arrives.

Larger items are sent using Royal Mail Parcels or Parcel Force, or ,outside the UK a suitable carrier service.
